AQUATICLIFE 4-Stage RO/DI Water Filtration System for Aquatic Life

The AquaticLife 4-stage reverse osmosis deionization filtration system provides reverse osmosis filtered water, effectively reducing salt, calcium, and other metallic ions from water. The RO Membrane Filter 100 GPD removes up to 98 percent of the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in water, and the remaining TDS is removed by the Resin.

The Sediment filter captures and reduces unwanted material such as sand, silt, and more from water, improving the quality and appearance of your water. The included Carbon Plus filter is specially designed for Carbon and Chloramine removal, unlike an activated carbon block filter that works only for Chlorine. The Carbon Plus cartridge conditions the water.

The mixed-bed deionization resin cartridge is necessary to reduce TDS to zero in the final stage of the RO/DI filter system unit. It uses Cations and Anions beads to remove TDS from water, and the resin turns a tan color when it needs to be replaced.

The quality components, o-ring seal, and canisters can handle up to 80 PSI, more than enough for most home and office filtration needs. The included wrench is used for the final canister tightening, and the integrated o-ring means a simple hand tightening plus a 1/4 turn with the wrench to ensure the unit is water-tight.

The built-in Auto Shut Off (ASO) and Flush Valve Assembly make it easy to install the unit while prolonging the membrane life. The system reduces Chlorine by 99% for up to 30,000 gallons at 0.5 GPM and Chloramine by 98% for up to 3,000 gallons at 0.5 GPM.
