The Aquasure Pioneer Series 5 Micron Nominal Rating Carbon Block is the perfect Point of Use (POU) filter, designed to filter out chlorine, taste, odor, color, and certain VOCs. The outer core thin sediment layer also helps trap larger particles and sediment, preventing them from clogging the carbon. This filter is also ideal for reverse osmosis applications, food service, commercial, or light industrial applications where high chlorine reduction is required.

The filter is suitable for various applications, including reverse osmosis pre-filtration, countertop drinking water systems, under-the-counter water filters, and point-of-use applications that require chlorine reduction.

The filter's construction materials include coconut shell carbon, polypropylene end caps, outer wrap, inner wrap, and netting, as well as neoprene gaskets.
